Cancellation Policy: I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no- shows or cancellations. PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel appointment 24 hours prior to your service to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Policy: If you’re running late to an appointment I kindly ask that you please notify me. Otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and that may result in Canceling/ Rescheduling appointment. Booking Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking it is simply kept on file to reserve your spot. You’re welcome to choose your preferred method of payment at the end of your service. Lash Fill Policy: If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set. PLEASE NOTE: That If it has been after 4 weeks then it will be considered a full set! Makeup Policy: Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash appointment. With clean lashes you’re guaranteed the best retention! Thank you!
