Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no- shows or cancellations. PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel appointment 24 hours prior to your service to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Policy: If you’re running late to an appointment I kindly ask that you please notify me. Otherwise I will assume you will not be showing up and that may result in Canceling/ Rescheduling appointment.
Booking Policy: A credit card must be on file to secure your appointment.
Lash Fill Policy: If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set. PLEASE NOTE: That If it has been after 4 weeks then it will be considered a full set!
Makeup Policy: Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash appointment. With clean lashes you’re guaranteed the best retention!
